gestione degli oliveti e alla filiera olivicola.<\/p><p>Ne fanno parte il team del <strong>Prof. Luca Sebastiani<\/strong>, presso il Centro di Ricerca Produzioni Vegetali della Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna di Pisa, e il team del <strong>Prof. Maurizio Servili<\/strong>, presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Agrarie, Alimentari e Ambientali dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Perugia. Accanto a loro collaborano <strong>Confagricoltura<\/strong>, <strong>Assoprol<\/strong> e un team interno di Costa d\u2019Oro.<\/p><p>Il Comitato scientifico dell\u2019Academy si pone l\u2019obiettivo di sviluppare conoscenze e competenze in particolare in due ambiti: la gestione agronomica degli oliveti orientata a pratiche minore impatto (ad esempio l\u2019ottimizzazione dell\u2019uso dei fertilizzanti) e l&#8217;analisi delle tecnologie di estrazione, esplorando approcci e soluzioni utili alla filiera e alla qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019olio
