Faithful to our roots, “Land, People, Passion,” we work to create a work environment inspired by respect for diversity and inclusion, with special attention to disadvantaged people (those with disabilities, low incomes, immigrants), both in the company and throughout the olive oil supply chain.

Communication: Tasting courses and “Visit Costa d’Oro” days to share our knowledge on quality process .

Objectives
FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
Spreading the culture of olive growing in agriculture high schools and universities.
We want to make students of agricultural subjects aware of the value of the olive oil production chain and the professions involved and needed, inspiring them to embark on careers in olive cultivation.
We will initiate projects with these schools: seminars, study grants and internships, to encourage students to enter into the world of work and to promote the importance of the figure of the olive oil technician and agricultural consultant to growers and consumers.

Safety and sharing the values of Land, People, Passion.
Our commitment is to reduce workplace accidents to zero and provide plenty of information safety , to guarantee respect for Human Rights and the Right to Work through our SA 8000 certification. Our commitment is also to be increasingly people- focused through initiatives such as remote working, welfare and insurance, maternity and retirement bonuses, gender equality, internships and hiring for young students, and free oil supplies from 2023.
